Eloy Frank fue acreditado como el nuevo presidente de la Nación Mayagna, principal organización del pueblo indígena Mayangna de Nicaragua, en un acto celebrado en Rosita acompañado de autoridades departamentales y municipales.

En la actividad estuvieron los alcaldes de Rosita, Fermín Romero Olivero; de Bonanza, Alexander Alvarado Lam y de Siuna, Otilio Duarte Herrera.

Jose Luis Solórzano, secretario político departamental del FSLN en el Triángulo Minero, dijo que se ha consolidado la nación Mayangna con quienes se trabaja para garantizar más desarrollo.

El político se refirió a la situación que se vive en Bolivia.

“Hemos sido testigos de golpe de Estado en Bolivia, los indígenas de Bolivia marginados por el solo hecho de tener un presidente indígena, el mejor presidente de Bolivia que llevó alegría y felicidad que irónicamente, la derecha y el gobierno norteamericano sacaron por la vía de la fuerza al presidente Evo Morales, quien fue obligado por muchos traidores, por el jefe de las fuerzas armadas y de la policía que le quitaron el respaldo al pueblo de Bolivia”, afirmó Solórzano.

Destacó que los indígenas están en pie de lucha en Bolivia y las minorías de derecha han orquestado el golpe de estado en ese país.

El político dijo que está contento que la lider indígena Aurelia Paterson ha anunciado que el pueblo indígena de Rosita está con Evo Morales, quien salió de su país para salvar su vida.

Jose Luis Solórzano anunció el total respaldo del Gobierno de Nicaragua y la junta directiva de la nacional Mayangna.

Aurelia Paterson, del Gobierno territorial Tuahka, dijo que los indígenas de Rosita están con Evo Morales, quien fue obligado a renunciar para salvar su vida y la de su pueblo.

“Evo no está solo, el mundo está contigo, muchos indígenas de Nicaragua están con vos, le pedimos a los pastores para que en el mundo se acabe el imperio norteamericano” comentó.

La Nacion Mayangna la integran nueve territorios indígenas ubicados en la Costa Caribe Norte y Sur y en el sector de Jinotega.
